An unusual “green office of the future” will appear in Hollywood

MAD Architects has presented plans to create a new type of building, which is ambitiously called the “office of the future”. Its main feature is the total landscaping of the working space, which is why the whole structure resembles a garden tower. The authors of the idea believe that such an approach will create harmony and promote a healthy working atmosphere. The building was given the catchy name “Star”, which serves as a reference to the stars of celebrities on the Walk of Fame on Sunset Boulevard, in the heart of Hollywood. It is assumed that it will become something similar – a new city landmark. However, there is no information about a permit for the construction of a 22-storey building in this iconic place for American culture yet.

Also, the concept of a “green building” should remind you of the Hollywood Hills, which were originally just overgrown vacant lots. Accordingly, you will need to move around the office either on foot through the thickets, or by elevators on the external rails outside the building. They will take visitors to the roof, where a restaurant and an observation deck will be located.
