Lego presents a new record-breaking set “HMS Titanic” of 9090 parts

Lego is considered the second most popular brand in the United States, and among all organizations, not just toy manufacturers. One of her main achievements is the ability to see small enthusiastic children in adults. To this end, Lego designers have recently created a new giant set designed for an audience of 18+.
The set is called “HMS Titanic”. It is a detailed copy of the original Titanic in 1:200 scale and has 9090 parts. This is more than the previous record holder – a Lego Colosseum set with 9036 parts. In addition, when assembled, it extends 137 cm in length, which is 13 cm longer than the famous Lego Imperial Star Destroyer.
With such a size and number of components, the designer was able to make extremely saturated with details. In particular, each of the internal decks has its own situation, all the key rooms and passages between them are presented. The pistons of marine diesel engines move in the engine compartment, anchors, winches and rigging elements work on the deck. The model is specially designed so that it is convenient to expose it in the section, to demonstrate the internal contents.
The cost of the set will be $630, it will go on sale on November 8, but it will be available for pre-order from November 1.
