Pinterest intends to step up efforts to attract content creators to its platform. The company has just introduced new features that will now appear in the app. First of all, the news department will be changed, in which there will be two sections – Browse, that is, search for pinned things, as well as Watch – a completely new video department, similar to TikTok.
Pinterest Watch will have a section where so-called Idea Pins will appear, a feature similar to Instagram Stories, which has already appeared in the program, but now will allow creators to publish various clips with content presentations. Now they will be brought to the fore and available to an increasing number of users. In addition, there is a remix of content from the creators using Takes.
