The transferred covid repeatedly increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases

Even when humanity copes with the coronavirus pandemic, the healthcare system will continue to experience exorbitant loads due to its consequences. This conclusion was reached by researchers from the University of Washington, who found an unprecedented surge in cardiovascular diseases in those who had been infected with COVID-19. Their data confirm the observations of Australian doctors – covid spoils people’s hearts for a long time, if not forever.
Scientists honestly admit that they have not yet understood the mechanism of this phenomenon, they have only statistical data at their disposal. But they are very convincing – regardless of the age, gender and race of patients, as well as whether they suffered from covid easily or severely, the risk of cardiovascular diseases increases by at least 55%. The chance of getting to the hospital with a heart attack increases by 63%, with coronary heart disease by 72% and by 52% with a stroke.
The Aussie data is even more frightening: they note an increase in the risk of acute myocardial infarction by 3-5 times, ischemic stroke by 3-10 times, and venous thromboembolism by 8 times. The risk of myocarditis and pericarditis after covid has jumped by 18-21 times, while in almost all cases there was a more severe course of diseases. It seems that covid makes a person’s heart and blood vessels fatally vulnerable to almost everything.
