Graft has introduced an ultralight electric trailbike with carbon wheels

Graft Company (Taiwan) has introduced an ultralight electric bike-SUV EO.12 — with a weight of 50 kg, it has a very powerful 27-horsepower engine with 440 Nm of torque. Such a small weight was saved due to a number of elegant solutions: for example, the wheels of a motorcycle are made of carbon fiber.
The device with such indicators seems to mock other classes of motorcycles. It is enough to compare the EO.12, for example, with the Gas Gas TXT 300 sports trial motorcycle, which is 17.5 kg heavier and at the same time twice as inferior in torque. EO.12 corresponds to a high level of protection against moisture — IP67, which theoretically will allow it to be used even after 30 minutes spent under water.
The details of the titanium transmission, printed on a 3D printer, are designed for huge torque, and the chain drive, half-hidden behind the pendulum, receives constant lubrication, which guarantees minimal maintenance problems. The elements of the branded suspension from Fox have three-axis adjustment.Exclusive EO.12 — branded 21-inch (53.3 cm) spoke discs made of carbon fiber, which are a quarter lighter than conventional discs. However, nothing is known yet about how successfully they resist “encounters” with logs and other undesirable road surprises.
It is also worth clarifying — you need to add the weight of the battery to the specified 50 kg (you can choose from two versions of the battery — 13 and 19 kg). Graft offers customers two modifications: “Endurance” for 3600 and “Race” for 2650 dollars.
